South-East Europe Core Regional Transport Network Development Plan

This is a paper prepared by SEETO (South-East Europe Transport Observatory). Its overall objective is to bring benefits to transport users within and beyond the SEE Region of improved efficiency, lower costs and better quality of services. The specific objectives of the MAP can be stated as a) providing focus for regional cooperation essential for European integration, b) a base of information on the performance of the Core Network, c) a programme of soft measures to improve the management of the Core Network and d) a list of the highest priority investment projects that remove bottlenecks.
