Guidelines for the Steering Platform on Research for the Western Balkan countries

These Guidelines were adopted at the Steering Platform meeting in Thessaloniki. They include the adopted Mission Statement and several proceedural guidelines. They specify membership and participation, chairs, reporting and meetings, etc.
