International Advanced Mobility Forum

Public
Date and Time: 9 March 10–10 March 10
Venue: Geneva, Switzerland

International Advanced Mobility Forum (IAMF) is a scientific and public forum, centered on individual mobility for the future.

The 3rd edition of IAMF will be centered on the following questions:

  • Efficient use of liquid fuels (synthetic fuels, ethanol) and gaseous fuels (natural gas, hydrogen) in combination with hybridized technologies.
  • Use of electricity directly as “fuel” (plug-in hybrid, pure battery vehicles).
  • Influence on emission of climate-relevant gases and energy availability on the technological options.

Through scientific presentations, discussions and round tables, IAMF's objectives are to:

  • Analyse the present situation and future development of technological solutions
  • Facilitate collaboration between the automotive industry and the scientific community
  • Create the opportunity to exchange information on future mobility and encourage the entry of alternative vehicles into the transportation marketplace
  • Allow the audience discovering existing solutions

The forum will be held on 9th and 10th March 2010 during the Geneva International Motor Show (4th-14th March 2010). It will offer an excellent platform to encourage networking among scientists and engineers in order to accelerate the development and research in this field as well as implementing new automotive technologies and fuels.
