Slovenia and Montenegro sign bilateral agreement

On the side of the SEE Forum on Science, Higher Education and Innovation in Budva, Montenegro, the Ministers of Slovenia and Montenegro signed the bilateral agreement between the two states.

On July 2, 2008 Mojca Kucler Dolinar and Sreten Skuletic signed the agreement in Budva, Montenegro.
