Mr. Ulrich BOES

Mr. Ulrich BOES is a research fellow at SEERC. He is mainly responsible for Information Technology with emphasis on Geographic Information Systems and for the acquisition and definition of new projects. He has been involved in teaching and research in the area of web services applied to GIS. Mr. Boes has 25 years of experience in management and coordination in research, industry and government in the field of Information Technology, with international experience in the EU, the Balkans, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey. He has managed many Information Technology projects, amongst which were policy oriented projects in various domains and has worked with several standardisation organisations.
