Mr. Heribert BUCHBAUER

Mr Heribert BUCHBAUER is a senior advisor at the Department for International Research Co-operation at the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science and Research (BMWF). He is mainly responsible for the co-ordination of bilateral, multilateral and regional initiatives, preparation and administration of bilateral S&T agreements especially with the Balkan region. His experience in international relations and joint research activities, especially with the WBC, as well as his involvement in the SEE-ERA.NET project will contribute to the successful implementation of the WBC-INCO.NET.
