Ms Ulrike KUNZE is a senior expert at the International Bureau of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Bonn. Between 2001-2003 she was mainly responsible for bilateral Scientific-technological cooperation with the countries of South Eastern Europe (implementation of governmental agreements). Her experience as member of the SEE ERA-NET Working groups and contact person for WP4 from December 2004 to September 2006 will contribute to the successful implementation of the WBC-INCO.NET.
