Mrs. Mira VUKCEVIC, born in Montenegro in 1961, PhD in Metallurgy. She is a University professor and Dean of the Faculty of Metallurgy and Chemical Technology at the University of Montenegro. Memberships: European Materials Research Society (EMRS), American Powder Metallurgy Institute (APMI) and Yugoslav Materials Research Society (YUMRS). She is the president of the National Council for scientific research activities.
